This is the EXACT programming that I went through postpartum to go from feeling broken, weak and hiding in baggy clothes to confident and STRONG again!
So I packaged it up inside of this program paired with a community of other mamas with the same goals and LIVE coaching and support from me!
This isn't your typical postpartum self study course with a couple dead bugs and breathing exercises that leaves you hanging on how to actually implement them into your workouts and daily life, or leaves you questioning if you're doing anything right.
This is a LIVE, hands on program designed specifically to help you re-strengthen and rehab for real workouts and real life as a mom, designed by me.

1:1 Onboarding call with Dr. Kara:
We start out inside of this program with a 1:1 onboarding call to deep dive into where you are currently with your fitness and nutrition, discuss your nutrition plan, your specific goals for the program and get an overview of what to expect within the program so you can have the best possible results!
Personal 1:1 Check In Calls
Throughout the program depending on the length you sign up for, you will hop on another 1:1 call with Kara to discuss progress, barriers, celebrate wins and check in with your nutrition plan! Think of this as like seeing me in person for your follow up 🙂
Monthly Progressive Workouts
You get a new workout plan each month that will build upon each other focusing on building out a sculpted and strong physique that also bulletproofs your pelvic floor and core.
Each week you will have two (2) days of strength training workouts focused on sculpting your body while healing your core and pelvic floor, two (2) days of strength training with HIIT at the end and two (2) optional days of cardio.
Each workout will take no longer than 60 minutes from start to finish and comes with videos of me breaking down each exercise, each workout to download via PDF and a warm up!
Personalized Nutrition Plan:
You will get customized nutrition with macronutrients and calories to help ensure you are in a caloric deficit to lose weight efficiently and learn how to keep it off once it is gone!
Monday-Friday Chat Access:
You also get weekly chat access to me and the group of mamas for support every week as you go through your plan. We can voice message back and forth while chasing kids, you can send videos of yourself performing the movements if you need help ensuring you are performing them correctly, and help make adjustments in real time when needed. By communicating quickly, we are able to make sure you stay on track to meet your goals without wasting time.
